TERMOS E CONDIÇÕES — p.art.sluts

1. Definição
Uma p.art.slut refere-se a uma parte específica do trabalho criativo produzido por uma Vária Vadia.
A p.art.slut pode assumir qualquer forma (texto, imagem, áudio, vídeo, digital ou física),
mas é sempre única, irrepetível e privada.
A.part.slut é preparada cuidadosamente, muitas vezes em relação direta com a pessoa que desafia a artista aquela criação.

2. Licença de Uso Limitado
Ao receber uma p.art.slut, rcebe uma licença pessoal, intransferível, não comercial e revogável para experienciar a peça de forma privada.
Nao  está autorizada  a cópia , partilha, publicação venda, reprodução ou armazenamento da p.art.slut em qualquer formato público ou digital.

3. Responsabilidade de quem recebe
A pessoa que recebe a a.part.slut aceita total responsabilidade legal e ética pela peça p.art.slut em causa.
Qualquer vazamento, exposição, revenda ou uso indevido — seja intencional ou por negligência — constitui uma violação direta destes termos.

4. Cláusula de Danos
Em caso de tal violação, a  pessoa responsável concorda em pagar 1.000.000€ à artista da p.art.slut.
Esse valor reflete o dano simbólico e real causado.

5. Reconhecimento
Ao aceitar, abrir, visualizar, ouvir ou de qualquer outra forma se envolver com uma p.art.slut, confirma que compreende e aceita estes termos por completo.

6. Cláusula de Monetização
Se uma p.art.slut for alguma vez monetizada (através de doação, venda autorizada, inclusão num outro projeto ou qualquer forma de circulação),
toda a receita irá para a Vária Vadia que criou essa p.art.slut.

The p.art.sluts artistic pieces created by Várias Vadias.
Each piece is intentionally made for a single person.
The p.art.sluts are unique, personal, ephemeral, and non-transferable.
They may take the form of text, image, audio, video, or other formats —
but they exist only once, and only for the person who receives them.

Upon receiving a p.art.slut, a direct commitment with the Várias Vadias is assumed.

This document defines the terms and conditions of that commitment.

1. Definition
A p.art.slut refers to a specific part of the creative work produced by a Vária Vadia.
The p.art.slut may take any form (text, image, audio, video, digital or physical),
but it is always unique, unrepeatable, and private.
The p.art.slut is carefully prepared, often in direct relation with the person who challenges the artist to that creation.

2. Limited Use License
Upon receiving a p.art.slut, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial, and revocable license to experience the piece in a private way.
You are not authorized to copy, share, publish, sell, reproduce, or store the p.art.slut in any public or digital format.

3. Responsibility of the recipient
The person who receives the p.art.slut accepts full legal and ethical responsibility for the p.art.slut in question.
Any leak, exposure, resale, or misuse — whether intentional or by negligence — constitutes a direct violation of these terms.

4. Damages Clause
In the event of such violation, the responsible person agrees to pay €1,000,000 to the artist of the p.art.slut.
This amount reflects the symbolic and real damage caused.

5. Acknowledgment
By accepting, opening, viewing, listening to, or in any other way engaging with a p.art.slut, you confirm that you fully understand and accept these terms.

6. Monetization Clause
If a p.art.slut is ever monetized (through donation, authorized sale, inclusion in another project, or any form of circulation),
all revenue will go to the Vária Vadia who created that p.art.slut.
